Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions and fry them with the diced bacon. Peel the garlic and add finely chopped. Briefly toast the diced rolls towards the end. Pour the mixture into a baking dish or baking sheet.
  2. Mix the cream with the eggs and a little salt and pepper, pour over and mix well. Let the liquid soak in briefly. Spread the tomatoes, seasoned with pepper, salt and sugar on top.
  3. Cover or sprinkle the casserole with the cheese and bake in the oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
