  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the well washed potatoes into wedges, but do not peel them. Mix with oil and season with the spice mixture and salt and pepper in a deep baking sheet. Finally sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes until lightly crispy.
