- 30 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 4 tablespoon sesame seeds

- Melt the butter and sugar in a pan while stirring and caramelize until light brown. Add the sesame seeds, stir the mixture well, pour onto a sufficiently large piece of greased aluminum foil and spread as thinly as possible with an oiled palette. When cool, break or cut into pieces and serve with dessert.
- Keep the unused sesame brittle in a well-closing storage jar.
