Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and sugar in a pan while stirring and caramelize until light brown. Add the sesame seeds, stir the mixture well, pour onto a sufficiently large piece of greased aluminum foil and spread as thinly as possible with an oiled palette. When cool, break or cut into pieces and serve with dessert.
  2. Keep the unused sesame brittle in a well-closing storage jar.
