  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the nuts. Roast the sugar with the water until golden brown, then add the nuts and caramelize briefly. Pour the mixture onto an oil-coated marble plate or baking tray.
  2. After cooling, cut into squares. I use an oiled knife for this.
