Mix the flour with the baking powder well, sieve and set aside.
Mix the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until frothy. Then stir in the cream cheese, juice and lemon zest. Stir the flour into the butter mixture. Chop the chocolate and fold in carefully.
