Ingredients
- 175 g butter
- 150 g suar, brown
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 350 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 150 g chocolate, white
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice and grated zest
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Mix the flour with the baking powder well, sieve and set aside.
- Mix the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until frothy. Then stir in the cream cheese, juice and lemon zest. Stir the flour into the butter mixture. Chop the chocolate and fold in carefully.
- With the help of a teaspoon, place small heaps of dough on the tray and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, not too long, because you want them to stay soft.
- After baking, let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes and later let them cool on a wire rack.
