Instructions

  1. Crumble the amarettini and distribute on dessert bowls or glasses. Drain the peaches while collecting the juice. Cut the peaches into small pieces and pour over the biscuits - save a small portion of the peach pieces for later.
  2. Beat the Cremefine until stiff, fold into the lemon yoghurt (if the cream is too firm, stir in a little orange juice) and pour over the glasses. Place the remaining peach pieces on top of the cream as a decoration.
  3. Extend the collected peach juice with a little orange juice. Mix a vanilla sauce with the sauce powder according to the instructions on the packet and distribute evenly over the lemon cream. Chill in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes until eaten.
