Instructions

  1. Pick up the lettuce, wash the leaves very well and spin dry. Then tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces - do not cut them.
  2. Mix the condensed milk, mustard and lemon juice into a marinade, pour over the lettuce, stir and finally sprinkle with the sugar. Serve immediately.
  3. This very simple, quick salad goes very well with fried fish fillet, e.g., Redfish, with mustard sauce and boiled potatoes.
