- Pick up the lettuce, wash the leaves very well and spin dry. Then tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces - do not cut them.
- Mix the condensed milk, mustard and lemon juice into a marinade, pour over the lettuce, stir and finally sprinkle with the sugar. Serve immediately.
- This very simple, quick salad goes very well with fried fish fillet, e.g., Redfish, with mustard sauce and boiled potatoes.
