Soak the almonds, sunflower seeds and raisins the night before.
The next morning, take a blender jar and pour the soaked 3 ingredients into it, drained. Then pour all the other ingredients into the beaker. First add about 3 tablespoons of plant milk to allow the blender to work. Depending on the need and the desired consistency, more can be taken. The end result should be a little less than solid.
