  • 1 tablespoon raisins

  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoon mus (coconut butter), alternatively grated or coconut oil
  • some plant milk (plant drink), e.g., Oat drink

Instructions

  1. Soak the almonds, sunflower seeds and raisins the night before.
  2. The next morning, take a blender jar and pour the soaked 3 ingredients into it, drained. Then pour all the other ingredients into the beaker. First add about 3 tablespoons of plant milk to allow the blender to work. Depending on the need and the desired consistency, more can be taken. The end result should be a little less than solid.
