Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Meanwhile, free the watermelon from the edge and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the feta into similar sized pieces. Put the prepared ingredients in a bowl along with the washed rocket. Pour the olive oil, salt and pepper over it and mix the salad.
  2. All quantities are approximate. Whether more or less of one or the other plays a rather subordinate role here: The result is a deliciously surprising, summer cooling, especially if the watermelon was in the fridge beforehand.
