Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces approx. 3-4 cm long, cook until firm to the bite and drain. Keep some liquid.
  2. Cut turkey breast slices or boiled ham into strips and mix with the asparagus.
  3. Mix Miracel Whip with the asparagus water until smooth, season with the spices and also mix with the asparagus. Scatter chives on top. Fold in either pieces of pineapple or eight-eighth eggs. Possibly both, if you like.

  6. You can also use boiled asparagus from the jar.
