Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber into quarters and the onions into 2 halves. Cut half of it into slices and the other half into quarters. Peel and core the apple and cut into cubes. Mix the sour cream and yoghurt together. Add the cucumber, onions and apple. Season to taste with pepper and a little lemon juice, add a little canned milk if you like. Add the herring fillet and let everything steep.
