Light Orange Cupcake Instructions

  1. In one bowl, use a mixer to combine the butter and sugar.
  2. Slowly add eggs to the butter mixture, beat until fluffy white.
  3. Pour in orange juice and vanilla essence. Whisk the mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Sift the dry ingredients mixture into the oil mixture.
