Light Orange Cupcake

A fluffy cupcake with a pleasant sunny yellow color at the break. It is prepared without any special frills, but after baking it can be supplemented with orange confiture, whipped cream and other goodies.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients

  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Milk – 1/4 Cup
  • Dye – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Soda – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1.5 Glasses
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. In one bowl, use a mixer to combine the butter and sugar.
  2. Slowly add eggs to the butter mixture, beat until fluffy white.
  3. Pour in orange juice and vanilla essence. Whisk the mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Sift the dry ingredients mixture into the oil mixture.
  5. Add milk to the dough. Knead the dough with a mixer until smooth and smooth.
  6. Pour the dough into a baking dish. Bake the cake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
