“Ghost” Pumpkin Orange Cupcakes

Great baked goods for Halloween – Ghost Cupcakes! These pumpkin orange muffins are delicious, juicy, soft crumb with a beautiful orange color and a bright orange flavor. Cheese cream and chocolate drops easily turn into “ghosts” that not only decorate the cupcakes, but also make them taste perfect!

Servings: 12

Ingredients

  • Butter soft – 150 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Flour – 150 g
  • Baking powder – 10 g
  • Pumpkin – 280 g
  • Water (for pumpkin puree) – 80 ml
  • Orange – 1 pc.

For the cream:

  • Cream cheese – 130 g
  • Butter – 80 g
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Combine eggs and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer on high speed until a fluffy light mass is obtained, to which add soft butter.
  3. Whisk the egg and sugar mixture with butter until smooth and smooth.
  4. Add grated orange zest and pumpkin puree to the resulting cream. Stir with a mixer at low speed.
  5. Combine flour with baking powder and sift into a bowl with pumpkin mixture.
  6. Knead to a homogeneous dough.
  7. Divide the pumpkin dough into molds lined with paper capsules, taking up just over half the volume of each mold.
  8. Bake the pumpkin orange muffins in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cool the finished muffins.
  9. For the cream, beat the soft butter with a mixer with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add cream cheese.
  10. Whisk the cream again until smooth.
  11. Transfer the cream cheese to a piping bag with a circular nozzle and place in mounds on the cooled pumpkin muffins.
  12. Decorate the cupcakes with chocolate drops to simulate the eyes and mouth of “ghosts.”
  13. The Ghost Pumpkin Orange Cupcakes are ready.
