Orange Cupcake

A fragrant, delicate, fluffy orange pie that beckons to pour a tea.

Ingredients

  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 150 g
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Vanillin – a pinch
  • Cinnamon – a pinch
  • Flour – 210 g
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Rub the zest from the orange on a fine grater.
  2. Only a thin layer of a light layer will remain.
  3. Squeeze the juice from an orange (I did it just with my hands), you get about half a glass.
  4. Grind butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Add the grated zest and squeezed juice to the mass.
  6. Add vanillin and cinnamon.
  7. Add sifted flour, mix well.
  8. Grease the form with butter, pour out the dough. Bake at 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
