Squeeze oranges. Put the juice together with all the other ingredients in a tall beaker and puree. Take as much milk as you like; a little more for a nice frothy shake, a little less for a creamy drink.
A fine honey is also possible instead of maple syrup. Here, too, dose the amount according to taste and acidity of the oranges, possibly take a little more, purists leave out the sweetener. I use ingredients from organic farming.
