Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken breast, tomatoes and shallot. Place in a bowl with the cooked noodles and the drained mandarins.
  2. Dissolve the vegetable stock in a little warm water, whip up with balsamic vinegar and oil and season with the spices to taste.
  3. Gently mix the salad ingredients with the dressing and let it steep a little. Season again to taste before serving.
