Ingredients

  • 150 g chicken breast fillet (s), cooked
  • 375 g pasta, cooked
  • 4 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 small shallot (s)
  • 175 g mandarin (s) (drained weiht)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock (instant)
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (bianco)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken breast, tomatoes and shallot. Place in a bowl with the cooked noodles and the drained mandarins.
  2. Dissolve the vegetable stock in a little warm water, whip up with balsamic vinegar and oil and season with the spices to taste.
  3. Gently mix the salad ingredients with the dressing and let it steep a little. Season again to taste before serving.
