  • 250 g pasta
  • 8 tomato (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • some basil and / or dill
  • 6 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • some parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, mozzarella and shallots into small pieces. Drain the pasta and place in a bowl with the vegetables.
  2. For the dressing in a small bowl, stir together oil, vinegar, grated Parmesan, possibly a little water and salt and pepper. Now mix the dressing with the salad. Finally refine with herbs such as basil and / or dill.
