Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped with herbs
  • 1 glass paprika, grilled
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • rocket
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Put on the salted water and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, cut the onion and garlic into small pieces. Fry the minced meat in a little oil and season with salt and pepper, add onions and garlic and fry until translucent.
  2. Deglaze the whole thing with the tomatoes. Drain the grilled peppers, cut into small pieces and add. Depending on the taste, it may need to be seasoned.
  3. Drain the finished noodles and add them to the sauce. Finally, depending on your taste, add the rocket. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
