Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (Spirelli, or similar)
  • 400 g meat salad
  • 250 g tomato (s), (or cocktail tomatoes)
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 200 g pickles or similar
  • 100 g corn
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 150 g Miracel Whip liht, or similar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 200 g rocket (or lamb`s lettuce)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Parsley (fresh, dried or frozen)
  • possibly dried tomato (s)
  • possibly olive oil or rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Preparation:
  2. Cut tomatoes into 1cm cubes or halve or quarter cocktail tomatoes. Already season them to taste (salt + pepper), as if you were eating them pure!
  3. Chop the onions very small so that they don`t attract attention later.
  4. Also cut the pickles into small pieces
  5. Pluck the mozzarella into 1cm and unevenly sized pieces (don`t cut, it looks nicer).
  6. Put the desired amount of mayonnaise in a container (preferably a sealable one), then add salt, pepper, honey, mustard and parsley and shake / mix well. Taste and good.
  7. Cook the noodles in very well (!) Salted water until they are firm to the bite (not too soft, as the other ingredients make them too mushy), they can be a little too salty, later you can no longer taste it due to the other ingredients . If you don`t do that, the salad will be too bland.
  8. If you like it visually beautiful, you can add some turmeric to the water, then they get a golden-yellow color, but do not change the taste.
  9. Drain the pasta, quench if necessary (if you want it to be quick) and mix in the meat salad and the remaining ingredients (except tomatoes, rocket and mozzarella, everything comes later), also add the seasoned mayonnaise and stir well.
  10. If you like, you can also add asparagus, mushrooms, or the like.
  11. If it is to be served, first fold in the tomatoes, mozzarella and rocket so that these ingredients stay crisp.
  12. You can also add dried tomatoes AND, before serving, you should refine it with a dash of good olive oil or rapeseed oil!
  13. Sufficient easily for 6 people, more likely for more.
