- Wash the potatoes, cook in the skin for approx. 20 minutes, peel and cut into slices.
- Cut the pickles into cubes. Wash the chives and cut into rolls.
- Put the potatoes, chives and pickles in a bowl.
- Mix the mayonnaise légère with the milk and mustard and mix well with the salad ingredients.
- Season the potato salad with salt and pepper and season to taste.
- I like to make this potato salad for grilling.
