Peel the clementine and kiwi carefully and cut into small pieces. Wash and rub the apple and also cut into small pieces.
Mix the low-fat quark with the yoghurt, the sweetener, the cinnamon and the scraped-out vanilla pod until smooth. Now add the fruit pieces (reserve a little for garnish) to the quark and fold in.
Garnish with the rest of the fruit and - if at hand - place a mint leaf.
