Cut the savoy cabbage into strips, peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Dice the onions, cut the ham into strips.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and sauté the onions until translucent, then add the ham. Add the potatoes and savoy cabbage and season, then pour in the stock and simmer on a low heat until the savoy cabbage is almost ready. Then put the mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle cheese over it. Baked in the oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.
