Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise together. Cut the gherkins, radishes and capers very finely and stir in. Also finely chop the herbs and mix with the cane sugar and mustard. Refine the gherkins with a dash of preserving water as desired. Season to taste with salt.
