• 1 can tuna, in its own juice
• 2 tablespoon yogurt, with 0.1% fat
• 1 tablespoon sour cream
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Drain the tuna and place in a bowl. Chop up with a fork, add the yoghurt and sour cream, stir everything well and season with salt and pepper.
2. Tastes very good on black and wholemeal bread.
