can tuna, in its own juice

tablespoon yogurt, with 0.1% fat

tablespoon sour cream
salt and pepper

Instructions
Drain the tuna and place in a bowl. Chop up with a fork, add the yoghurt and sour cream, stir everything well and season with salt and pepper.
Tastes very good on black and wholemeal bread.
