Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool.
- In the meantime, peel off the shallot and cut it into fine pieces, clean and chop the remaining vegetables.
- For the dressing, mix together the lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
