Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool.
  2. In the meantime, peel off the shallot and cut it into fine pieces, clean and chop the remaining vegetables.
  3. For the dressing, mix together the lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the tuna and add to the vegetables with the cooled rice. Mix with the dressing - done.
