Wash the strawberries and pat dry. Save some strawberries for decoration.
Pluck the leaves from the mint and roughly chop. A few leaves for decoration
cancel. Roughly chop the pistachios and save a few whole ones for decoration.
Pour the yoghurt into a bowl, add the honey and the chopped pistachios, stir everything well and let it steep a little. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and then add the
