We prepare the ingredients for the preparation of lightly salted salmon.
Sprinkle a flat plate with salt, pepper, and finely grated lemon zest. Lemon zest is needed to prevent the fish from breaking down into fibers, as well as for a bright refreshing aroma and taste.
Put salmon fillets 1 cm thick on a plate, sprinkle with the above spices again, adding chopped dill (do not replace with other herbs). We leave it in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours, covered with cling film.
