Instructions

  1. First of all: The cream cup is used for measuring.
  2. Pour the cream into a mixing bowl. Wash and dry the mug.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff. Beat in the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in briefly. Spread the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat or 150 ° C convection for approx. 15 minutes.
  5. Take the tray out of the oven.
  6. Melt the butter in a saucepan for the topping. Stir in sugar and milk and mix well. Fold in the almond flakes.
  7. Spread the plum jam with a tablespoon in shallow heaps on the pre-baked dough. Spread the almond glaze evenly on the cake. Bake the cake for another 20 minutes at the same temperature until golden brown, remove and let cool down.
