Mix the quark with 80 g sugar, 2 eggs, the milk and the semolina to a mixture and refrigerate for approx. 30 minutes. Then put approx. 2 tablespoons of the mixture into greased molds and bake them in the microwave for approx. 90 seconds at 600 watts.
Toast the breadcrumbs with approx. 20 g sugar in a pan with butter and roll the still warm dumplings immediately in the breadcrumbs.
In any case, serve with applesauce, stewed plums, compote or a fruit ragout.
