Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix all ingredients (except jam) in a bowl with a spoon or whisk (you don`t need a mixer!).
  2. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 10-12 minutes. Then immediately turn it out onto a tea towel sprinkled with sugar and spread the jam. Shape into a roll from the long side and allow to cool.
  3. Then dust with icing sugar. Can also be spread well with Nutella or other fillings.
