Rub the peel off the lime with a fine grater. If necessary, pluck the coriander, wash it and then chop it finely.
Squeeze 2 - 3 tablespoons of juice from the lime and stir together with the grated zest, yoghurt and cream of the salad. Squeeze and mix in the garlic clove and add Tabasco. Now season the aioli with salt, pepper and sugar.
