Mix the lime juice with 3 tablespoons of honey. Halve the avocados and remove the stone in each case. Remove the pulp with a spoon and cut into small cubes. Fold the avocado cubes into the lime and honey mixture. Cover and chill for approx. 45 minutes.
Distribute the avocado-lime dessert in dessert bowls / glasses and nap with the yogurt. Pour the remaining honey over the yogurt and serve sprinkled with chopped pistachios.
