lime (s), juice and grated zest
Salt and pepper, from the mill
some herbs, for decorating
Lime – Cream – Sauce
Boil the cream with lime juice and zest for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and whisk the egg yolks in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, pour into a bowl, decorate with herbs and serve immediately with fish or seafood.
