Instructions

1. Briefly bring the water and sugar to the boil until the sugar has dissolved, then allow to cool again.
2. Wash the limes and finely grate the peel and squeeze out the juice. Beat the sour cream with the whisk until smooth and then mix with the lime zest, juice and sugar water. Let it set in the ice cream maker.
