Mix the yogurt in a bowl with the grated zest of 2 organic lemons. Add about 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and a good splash of lemon juice. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Then I put a layer of ladyfingers in a baking dish, which I drizzle with limoncello. Spread a layer of lemon yogurt on top. Now a thin layer of brown sugar. Then again the ladyfingers with limoncello, etc. In any case, stop with a layer of yogurt, which is again sprinkled with sugar.
The whole thing should sit in the refrigerator for a few more hours. Experience has shown that it tastes even better the next day!
Tip: I never throw away the peeled lemons. I squeeze out the juice and freeze it in an ice cube tray. Great for cooking, baking or for the Ramazotti after dinner
This dessert has always (!) Been a hit and was completely eaten away every time!
