Wash and finely chop the parsley. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet for approx. 8-10 minutes until al dente. Then drain, collect a little pasta water and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and stew the garlic in it for about 1 - 2 minutes. Deglaze with pasta water.
Add the pasta to the pan with the garlic oil and toss in it. Fold in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
