Instructions

  1. Boil the linguine in salted water and then drain.
  2. Fry the frozen prawns in olive oil. Pour off the defrosted water in between. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.
  3. Cover the bottom of the pan approx. 2 mm with olive oil. Fry the chopped cherry tomatoes and peppers in it. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and basil. Finally add the chopped garlic cloves and the prawns.
  4. Mix the sauce with the linguine and Grana Padano.
