  1. So, let’s begin! We prepare all the ingredients for homemade chicken liver pate: peel vegetables, boil hard-boiled eggs, rinse and peel the chicken liver from films, take butter out of the refrigerator.

  3. Add 30 grams of butter to the pan, fry the onions and carrots until half cooked.
  4. Add chicken liver to the vegetables, fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add mustard for piquancy, salt, 3 tbsp of water, pepper to taste. Stir all the ingredients and continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes.
  6. After 3-5 minutes, close the pan with a lid and simmer the chicken liver with vegetables until tender, for 5-7 minutes. Next, turn off the stove, leave the liver with vegetables to cool.
  7. When the preparation for the liver pate has completely cooled down, add boiled eggs, 50 grams of softened butter to it. Grind all ingredients in a blender
