Liver Rolls Stuffed with Vegetables and Cheese Instructions

  1. Rinse the liver and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Mix the chopped liver, egg, flour, salt, and half of all the sour cream (1 tablespoon) in a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 40 seconds.
  4. Place the liver pancake batter into a convenient bowl and set it aside.
  5. Cook the onion and carrot stuffing. Dice the onion, grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
  6. Heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and put in the chopped vegetables. Fry them over medium heat until soft stirring all the time. Then leave them to cool.
If there is too much oil in the fried stuffing – it is better to pour it out or just put the vegetables on a plate, so they do not absorb the oil and do not become too greasy.
  7. Cook the sour cream-garlic sauce. Finely chop dill and garlic and put them in a convenient bowl. Mix everything.
  8. Grate the cheese.
  9. Heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour in the batter for liver pancakes (it is more convenient to do this with a ladle). Fry the pancakes over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side.

  12. Put the onion and carrot stuffing on top.
  13. Sprinkle it with the grated cheese.
