Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the brown bread slices, cut the onion and apple into thin rings and fry them. Smear the coarse, smoked liver sausage on the toasted bread slices, cover with the fried onion and apple rings and sprinkle with fresh marjoram.
  2. A delicious alternative to a normal sandwich or instead of a Strammen Max or something similar.
