Instructions

  1. Wash the apples, dry them, cut out the core. Cut the apples and peeled onions into slices and cut the onions into rings. Fry both in heated oil until golden. Salt lightly and move to one side.
  2. Turn the liver in flour. Fry in the pan for 3 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper. Serve with the apple and onion rings.
