- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- First peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then fry the pork loin whole and unseasoned on all sides (4 - 5 minutes in total). Drain the potatoes.
- Mix the wine, cream, créme fraîche and season with the parmesan, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
