Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut out the core. Put the water with the sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil, put the apples in and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Put the cooked apples in glasses and fill the holes in the core with the raspberry jam.
  3. Prepare the jelly from the boiling water of the apples according to the instructions, add more water if necessary. Pour a splash of rum flavor into the jelly and spread the pudding over the apples. Before it hardens, add the blueberries or raspberries so that they can still sink.
  4. Enjoy well chilled!
  5. For children, leave out the rum flavor.
