Ingredients
- 5 m. Apples
- 200 g blueberries or raspberries
- 1 packet jelly, raspberry flavor
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 50 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoon jam, (raspberry jam)
- Taste rum

- Peel the apples and cut out the core. Put the water with the sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil, put the apples in and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Put the cooked apples in glasses and fill the holes in the core with the raspberry jam.
- Prepare the jelly from the boiling water of the apples according to the instructions, add more water if necessary. Pour a splash of rum flavor into the jelly and spread the pudding over the apples. Before it hardens, add the blueberries or raspberries so that they can still sink.
- Enjoy well chilled!
- For children, leave out the rum flavor.
