Chop the onion and the clove of garlic and sweat in a pan until translucent. Then take both out and let cool down. Mix the ground beef and all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. When the onion and garlic have cooled, add them to the minced meat and fold in.
Shape the mixture into patties. Shape the patties a little larger than you actually want, as the meat contracts when frying. Fry the patties in a pan with olive oil, pressing down on the meat with the spatula so that it doesn`t get much smaller and browns.
